My journey has been long and winding. I spent 5 years as a Director of Education at a tutoring company and taught at a private kindergarten just out of college. Then my at-the-time future husband asked me to come home to the farm. I spent the next 18 years raising flowers and vegetables, and growing our family. When our youngest son went to kindergarten and circumstances had changed on the farm, my wonderful husband encouraged me to go back to my first love, teaching. In going back to the classroom, I found a renewed passion for education and helping kids grow every day. The future for me is uncertain and changing every day, but for right now I am enjoying the ride!
